We do consider the level of academic and professional experience when assessing the candidate during the application process, by not penalising those early in their journey, who do however clearly display interest for the subject matter.
TRUSU MCC is ultimately a learning vehicle for students and we encourage those with interest to apply. There are many different skills valuable to a consulting team, as we tackle a wide variety of problems.
